ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. After placing an order, we will get in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss the details.
2. Collection/delivery date and time are mandatory to be chosen by the customer when placing an order (subject to availability).
3. We offer free collection from our Patisserie Paradise in Coventry, but we can also deliver in Coventry and nearby areas (e.g. Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick). Please note there will be  an additional  charge for delivery services, depending on the distance. Please choose your location when ordering and the charge will be added at checkout.
4. The customer will keep our products refrigerated, after arriving at home, take our cakes out from the fridge before serving them. There are some products that do NOT need to be refrigerated (you can find this information in the description for each product).
5. When collecting, it is the customer`s responsibility to safely secure the cake during transportation. We will always show our customers the products ordered before collecting it. This will be done in order to avoid having any complaints in regards to the condition of the cakes.
6. Our cancellation policy: We need a minimum of 48 hours notice to be able to process you a full refund. We are not able to offer a refund if: –

• The customer did not collect the order
• The customer has provided an incorrect address for delivery.
• The customer is not at home  at the delivery date/time set at checkout.
• We do not offer any refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the collection/delivery time and date.
  

Please call us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

1. Please do not order our products if you have ANY food allergies.
2. We deliver Monday to Friday from 530pm – 8pm, Saturday 9am-1pm.
3. We offer free collection from Coventry (CV3) Mon-Fri 09am-6pm and Saturday 9am-1pm.
4. If you wish to amend/change your order, please call us within 48 hours and we can discuss your request.
5. We offer a range of cake figurines, toppers, and candles.
6. We can only accept orders online via our website.
7. The servings are approximate,  depending on the size of the slices when cutting the cake.
