Hello! My name is Andra-Maria and I am the founder of Patisserie Paradise.
I am passionate about baking, creating and decorating and I want to share my extraordinary experience with you. I am continuously developing and studying the art of the French Pâtisserie, making sure I deliver the best quality and taste. I am regularly participating at Pâtisserie courses at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, other traditional and modern bakery courses and I also have Level 2 Food Hygiene Safety certificate. I love to travel, taste and explore new and local desserts and I also prepare lots of European sweet recipes.
Patisserie Paradise`s goods are baked with love and passion, exclusively made from scratch, following famous recipes, using only premium ingredients, such as: butter, Belgian chocolate, fresh fruit, cream, vanilla pods, homemade fruit purées and so on. We are not adding preservatives, margarines, or artificial flavourings in the cakes. You will definitely find a sweet paradise and unique taste in my bakes.
