Ingredients:
50 grams of Semolina
500 ml of milk
30 grams of granulated sugar
Cinnamon powder (optional)
Method:
Heat the milk in a pan, add the semolina, the sugar, and the cinnamon, then stir in until it becomes creamy and thick. Transfer immediately the pudding in bowls and let it cool. Serve with fresh fruit such as berries or add a layer of jam. Enjoy !
