Ingredients:
3 Frozen bananas
250 gr Frozen melon
Fresh lemon juice (from half of lemon)
2-3 Tablespoons of honey (optional)
Method: Cut the fruit in cubes, then place into the freezer. Blend the frozen fruit in a food processor adding the honey and lemon juice. Serve it now or freeze it and serve it later. Enjoy !
The sorbets can be made without an ice cream maker, always using frozen fruit at your choice, you can use honey or maple syrup to sweeten the dessert.
